8° EDICION DE LOS FAROS DE VERANO 2016
En la portada de la web del GDXBB se podra completar el formulario de inscripcion para la activacion de faros y balizas en la 8° edicion del "FIN DE SEMANA DE LOS FAROS Y BALIZAS DE VERANO 2016", que se realizara entre el VIERNES 19 y el DOMINGO 21 de FEBRERO DE 2016.
Asimismo se podra consultar el LISTADO DE PARTICIPANTES, que se ira actualizando a medida que se produzcan las anotaciones.

regresamos desde allá REPOTENCIADOS, regresaremos a las Islas de Píritu en
Febrero del año 2016, con un EQUIPO de colegas YY y YV a sacar la Isla en el evento de los FAROS
SURAMERICANOS.
El 26 de Febrero de 2010 fué la fecha de la primera
INCURSION de Venezuela en el evento de los FAROS SURAMERICANOS operando Eduardo

Estimado amigo Eduardo.
una gran alegría al recibir tu email que nos anticipa la
posibilidad que la radioafición de Venezuela esté representada en la segunda
edición del "Fin de Semana de los Faros Sudamericanos" a realizarse
del 26 al 28 de febrero de 2010.
Como organizador del citado Encuentro recurrí al amigo
Manuel (YV5MM), con la esperanza que alguno de sus post en los distintos foros
YV, nos permitiese tomar contacto con colegas dispuestos a realizar una
actividad de campo para poner en el aire un faro venezolano en la cita
sudamericana.
Por suerte tu respuesta Eduardo, anunciando que junto a
amigos y familiares, todos radioaficionados, activarán el FARO PIRITU ISLAND
(ARLHS VEN-016), ubicado en las Islas Piritu (IOTA SA-090). Magnífica oportunidad doble propósito, ya que
convoca tanto a los "cazadores" de faros como a quienes trabajan las
islas del mundo.
Este evento no es competitivo, por lo tanto no es un
concurso. En consecuencia los propios
expedicionarios deciden las bandas, modos y horarios a operar de acuerdo a sus
posibilidades. Lo ideal sería poder
estar en el aire el viernes 26 de febrero por la mañana o primera hora de la
tarde y de acuerdo a las condiciones de propagación, permanecer operativos
hasta el domingo 28 por la noche. Dentro
de ese rango ustedes deciden el mayor tiempo posible en el aire. Con sudamérica se pueden dar posibilidades
por la noche en 40 metros y por la tarde en 10, 15 y 20 metros. Deconozco si utilizarán dipolos, verticales o
para las bandas altas llevarán una direccional para apuntarla al sur.
Te comento que la página oficial del Encuentro ya está
habilitada desde hace 48 horas. Hay
inscriptos 2 faros argentinos, pero ya han completado la ficha de inscripción
un faro de Chile, un Faro de Colombia y varios más de Argentina, pero la
información va a estar demorada un par de días por el fallecimiento de un
familiar de nuestro web master.

con todo lo acontecido en febrero pasado y el ícono donde dice Faros 2010 que
